How can I divide my property into two or more lots?

Whether you want to keep an existing dwelling and sell off some unused backyard or develop a large parcel of land, a Plan of Subdivision must be prepared by a Licensed Surveyor to affect a legal subdivision which creates multiple titles.

 

The Plan of Subdivision can be registered at Land Victoria (Titles Office) once compliance with Council and service authority requirements is completed.

From assessing town planning issues to final consent from Council, we can assist with:
